TPA6205A1 is a 1.25W mono fully differential audio power amplifier with 1.8-V input logic thresholds from Texas Instruments. The device is designed for use in wireless handsets, PDAs, and other mobile devices. It is compatible with low power (1.8V logic) I/O control signals, has a shutdown pin with 1.8V compatible threshold thresholds, and consumes less than 1.7mA of supply current. The TPA6205A1 is available in the space-saving 2mm x 2mm MicroStar Junior™ BGA package or the 3mm x 3mm QFN (DRB) package.
