The TPS61080/1 is a high-integration DC/DC boost converter from TI, with a 2.5-V to 6-V input voltage range, up to 27-V output voltage, a 0.5-A/1.3-A integrated switch and an integrated power diode. It also has short circuit protection, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection and undervoltage protection.
