MAXIM DS2788 handbook

DS2788 is a battery management chip produced by ON Semiconductor. It supports the measurement of voltage, temperature, and current of lithium batteries, and estimates the available capacity. The chip stores battery characteristic parameters in on-chip EEPROM. According to these parameters, the remaining capacity of the battery can be calculated in mAh. The chip also supports LED display of battery capacity, which only requires a resistor to set the current in the LED display, thus reducing cost and space.
