This document describes the features and characteristics of the LS P47F, LR P47F, LA P47F, LY P47F PointLED® Enhanced Thinfilm LED Lead (Pb) Free products. These products feature a white SMT package and colorless clear resin, and can be mounted from the bottom or top, making them ideal for extremely flat backlighting. The wavelengths are 633 nm (super-red), 625 nm (red), 617 nm (amber), and 590 nm (yellow), with a viewing angle of Lambertian Emitter (120°). The technology used is InGaAlP Thinfilm, with optical efficiencies of 41 lm/W (super-red), 49 lm/W (red), 70 lm/W (amber), and 43 lm/W (yellow). They can be used for light coupling, key backlighting, optical indicators, backlighting (LCD, mobile phones, switches, keys, displays, advertising lighting), and interior lighting in the automotive industry.
