MAXIM MAX5128 128-Tap Nonvolatile Linear-Taper Digital Potentiometer in 2mm x 2mm DFN Package handbook
Update: 29 September, 2023
The MAX5128 is a nonvolatile, single-channel, linear-taper digital potentiometer with 128 taps and 22kΩ end-to-end resistance. It replaces the function of a mechanical potentiometer with a simple 2-wire digital interface. The MAX5128 features an ultra-small 2mm x 2mm µDFN package and a low standby supply current of 0.5µA (typical), making it ideal for portable applications. The digital potentiometer can recall the programmed wiper position from nonvolatile memory and can be programmed using a simple 2-wire up/down interface. It provides a low temperature coefficient of 5ppm/°C and is specified over the extended -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
