The ADL5353 is a dual-balanced mixer for the 2200 MHz to 2700 MHz frequency range that integrates RF and local oscillator (LO) balancing circuitry to allow for single-ended operation. The ADL5353 also incorporates an RF balun to provide optimal RF and LO isolation. The ADL5353 operates from a single supply voltage of 3.3 V to 5 V and is packaged in a 5 mm × 5 mm 20-lead LFCSP.
