ANALOG DEVICES ADRF6702 English products handbook

The ADRF6702 is a device that integrates a fractional-N synthesizer and a quadrature modulator. It operates in the frequency range of 1200 MHz to 2400 MHz and provides an internal LO frequency range of 1550 MHz to 2150 MHz. The device has excellent output power and IP3 performance, as well as wide baseband bandwidth and an SPI serial interface for PLL programming.
