The ADL5387 is a quadrature demodulator with an operating RF frequency range of 50 MHz to 2 GHz. It offers high input IP3, IP2, and P1dB, low noise figure, and voltage conversion gain. The demodulator provides accurate phase and amplitude balance, making it suitable for applications such as QAM/QPSK RF/IF demodulators, W-CDMA/CDMA/CDMA2000/GSM, microwave point-to-(multi)point radios, broadband wireless and WiMAX, and broadband CATVs.
