The TPS2041A, TPS2042A, TPS2043A, TPS2044A TPS2051A, TPS2052A, TPS2053A, TPS2054A are current limited power distribution switches with an overcurrent logic output. They feature 80 mΩ high side MOSFET switches with 500 mA of continuous current per channel. These devices can be controlled through independent logic enable inputs. The internal charge pump provides control over the power switch rise and fall times to minimize current surges during switching. The charge pump requires no external components and allows operation from supplies as low as 2.7 V. When the output load exceeds the current limit threshold or a short is present, these devices will limit the output current to a safe level.
