The AD825 is a low cost, general-purpose high speed JFET amplifier from Analog Devices. The AD825 features a high speed of 41 MHz, -3 dB bandwidth, 125 V/µs slew rate, and 80 ns settling time. The device has a 20 pA input bias current and 10 fA/√Hz noise current, as well as 12 nV/√Hz input voltage noise. The AD825 operates with ±5 V to ±15 V fully specified power supplies, and has a low distortion of -76 dB at 1 MHz. The device also has high output drive capability, can drive unlimited capacitance loads, and has an output current of 50 mA. The AD825 is available in an 8-lead SOIC package.
