ADA4891-1/ADA4891-2/ADA4891-3/ADA4891-4 are low cost, high speed, wide supply voltage range, wide output swing range CMOS operational amplifiers. The series products meet the requirements of automotive applications, and have a bandwidth of 220MHz, a slope of 170V/µs, a 0.1% settling time of 28 ns. The series products adopt single-supply power, the supply voltage range is 2.7V to 5.5V, and the output swing can reach 50mV of the supply voltage. The series products have low distortion and low power consumption.
