tps28xx series are dual high-speed mosfet drivers, capable of delivering 2a peak current to drive high capacitive loads. the series employs a true zero-switching design, which provides high switching speed and reliable drive performance in high-voltage and high-frequency applications. the tps28xx drivers include an internal regulator, which allows operation with supply inputs between 14v and 40v.
