The MCP73113 is a highly integrated Li-Ion battery charge management controller for use in space-limited and cost-sensitive applications. It features complete linear charge management including input overvoltage protection, pass transistor, current sense, and reverse discharge protection. Additionally, it offers constant current/constant voltage operation with thermal regulation, undervoltage lockout, high accuracy preset voltage regulation, resistor programmable fast charge current, preconditioning of deeply depleted cells, automatic end-of-charge control, automatic recharge, charge status output, and more.
