MAXIM DS1624 handbook

The DS1624 is a digital thermometer and memory chip that measures temperatures from -55°C to +125°C. It provides 13-bit temperature readings and has 256 bytes of E2 memory for storing information. The temperature data can be read and written via a 2-wire serial interface. It is suitable for applications such as temperature-compensated crystal oscillators.
