bq2002/F is a fast charge IC that supports fast charge for nickel cadmium or nickel metal hydride batteries. It can terminate fast charge by -∆V, maximum voltage, maximum temperature, and maximum time. bq2002/F also integrates optional top-off and pulse-trickle control in a single IC for charging one or more NiCd or NiMH battery cells.
