AD5627R/AD5647R/AD5667R is a low power dual nanoDAC with 12-bit/14-bit/16-bit resolution, built-in 1.25V/2.5V, 5ppm/°C reference voltage, external reference voltage is also supported, operating voltage is 2.7V to 5.5V, ensures the design monotonicity, power-on reset to zero scale, each channel can be independently shut down, with hardware LDAC and CLR functions, I2C-compatible serial interface supports standard (100kHz), fast (400kHz) and high speed (3.4MHz) modes, can be applied to process control, data acquisition systems, portable battery powered instruments and other occasions.
