AD8055/AD8056 are low cost 300MHz voltage feedback amplifiers with single/dual channels, easy-to-use voltage feedback architecture, bandwidth up to 300MHz, 1400V/µs slew rate, 20ns settling to 0.1%, low distortion(-72dBc@10MHz), low noise(6nV/√Hz), low DC errors(5mV Max VOS, 1.2µA Max IB), small size(AD8055 is SOT-23-5, AD8056 is 8-Lead MSOP), excellent video specifications(RL=150Ω, G=+2), gain flatness 0.1dB to 40MHz, 0.01% differential gain error, 0.02° differential phase error, drive 4 video loads(37.5V), low power(-5V supply), 5mA typical/amplifier power supply current, high output drive current(over 60mA).
