PROFET® BTS 733 L1 is a dual channel high side power switch produced by Infineon Technologies AG in Germany. The features include overload protection, current limitation, short circuit protection, thermal shutdown, overvoltage protection (including load dump), reverse battery protection1), undervoltage and overvoltage shutdown with auto-restart and hysteresis, open drain diagnostic output, open load detection in ON-state, CMOS compatible input, ground reference loss and Vbb protection, electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. It is used for 12 V DC grounded loads of µC compatible power switch, and is most suitable for resistive and lamp loads. It can replace electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits.
