SIEMENS BTS 726 L1 Guide

This document describes the features of the PROFET® BTS 726 L1 Semiconductor Group 1 06.96, including overload protection, current limitation, short-circuit protection, thermal shutdown, overvoltage protection, etc. It is a µC compatible power switch with diagnostic feedback for 12V and 24V DC grounded loads. It can replace electromechanical relays and discrete circuits.
