The TLE 4208 is a fully protected Quad-Half-Bridge-Driver designed specially for automotive and industrial motion control applications. It can drive up to 3 motors with a continuous output current of up to 0.8A. The driver has very low current consumption in stand-by mode, low saturation voltage, and built-in protection features. It is built using Siemens' bipolar high voltage power technology DOPL and is suitable for DC motor management applications.
