This data sheet introduces the characteristics of four voltage comparators: LM193, LM293, LM393, and LM393A. These voltage comparators can operate in single or dual power supplies, with a wide range of operating voltages. They have low input bias current, low input offset current, low input offset voltage, input voltage range includes ground, differential input voltage range equal to maximum rated supply voltage, low output saturation voltage, and output compatible with TTL, MOS, and CMOS.
