The product is STMicroelectronics' ST95F8063R, a 1Kbit EEPROM with self-timed write cycle, single byte or 16-byte page write mode, programmable access rights, 37-byte OTP area and 160-byte area. In addition, the product also has high security features, including a 64-bit mutual authentication protocol, encrypted checksum, stream encryption, four key sets for authentication and encryption, eight sets of two 24-bit passwords, anti-tearing function and voltage and frequency monitor. In addition, the product also has smart card features, embedded application features and high reliability features.
