ANALOG DEVICES ITD3010 Manual
Update: 30 September, 2023
This is a single-chip synthesized tuner for terrestrial DMB and FM receivers. It features a low-IF single-conversion architecture that eliminates all SAW filters. It covers the entire Band-III (174 ~ 245 MHz) and FM (88 ~ 108 MHz) bands, has an operating dynamic range of -102 ~ -10 dBm, and consumes ultra-low power of only 100 mW. It has 2.85 V single-supply on-chip regulators, an on-chip fast switching fractional-N PLL, an on-chip low phase noise and wide frequency range VCO, an on-chip bandwidth-adjustable low pass filter, an integrated IF variable gain amplifier for direct connection to digital demodulators, noise/linearity optimization through internal RF RSSI and AGC loop, an adjustable take-over point, and is ideal for mobile TV receivers and terrestrial DMB applications. It has an I2C serial bus interface and a small 40-QFN package (6 × 6 mm2).
