AD1837A is an ADC, 8 DAC audio codec that supports 5V stereo audio system with a 3.3V tolerant digital interface. It supports sample rates up to 96kHz and word lengths of 16, 20, and 24 bits. The codec features multibit modulators for reduced idle tones and noise floor, data directed scrambling DACs for improved jitter performance, and single-ended outputs. It also includes on-chip volume controls, digital de-emphasis processing, and supports various clock modes. The codec supports flexible serial data port modes and TDM interface.
