The HDMI/DVI buffer with equalization AD8195 Rev. 0 is a product that supports HDMI 1.3a standard. It has 1 input and 1 output HDMI/DVI link. It supports 4 TMDS channels with data rates ranging from 250 Mbps to 2.25 Gbps and pixel clocks ranging from 25 MHz to 225 MHz. The product also has equalized inputs for operation with long HDMI cables (20 m at 2.25 Gbps), preemphasized outputs, fully buffered unidirectional inputs/outputs, 50 Ω on-chip terminations, low added jitter, and transmitter disable feature. Additionally, the product has 3 auxiliary buffered channels, bidirectional buffered DDC lines, and bidirectional buffered CEC line with integrated pull-up resistors (27 kΩ). It is independently powered from the +5 V of the HDMI input connector, supports logic level translation (3.3 V, 5 V), and is compatible with standards such as HDMI, DVI, HDCP, DDC, CEC.
