The Tri-Axis Inertial Sensor ADIS16350 Rev. 0 is a product manufactured by Analog Devices. It features a tri-axis gyroscope and tri-axis accelerometer. It offers digital range scaling, 14-bit resolution, factory calibrated sensitivity, bias, and alignment, as well as digital bias calibration, sample rate control, filtering, and condition monitoring. Additionally, it provides auxiliary digital input/output, digital self-test, programmable power management, and an embedded temperature sensor.
