ANALOG DEVICES AD22100 handbook
Update: 30 September, 2023
AD22100 is a temperature sensor from Analog Devices. It has a temperature range of 200°C, an accuracy better than ±2% of full scale, a linearity better than ±1% of full scale, a temperature coefficient of 22.5 mV/°C, and an output proportional to temperature × V+. It can be operated in a single-supply mode, supports reverse voltage protection, and has minimal self-heating and a high-level, low-impedance output. It is ideal for use in HVAC systems, system temperature compensation, board-level temperature sensing, and electronic thermostats.
