ANALOG DEVICES AD6640 handbook

The AD6640 is a high performance 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that provides CMOS compatible digital outputs at 65 MSPS. The AD6640 operates on a single 5V supply and has an 80 dB spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) over a bandwidth of 25 MHz. It is designed for use in multichannel, multimode receivers.
