ANALOG DEVICES AD9648 handbook

AD9648 is a 14-bit, 125MSPS/105MSPS, 1.8V dual analog-to-digital converter with 1.8V CMOS or LVDS outputs. AD9648 has low power consumption (78 mW/channel ADC core @ 125 MSPS), differential analog input bandwidth up to 650 MHz, IF sampling frequencies up to 200 MHz. AD9648 also has a voltage reference and sample-and-hold circuit, DNL accuracy of ±0.35 LSB.
