M3500A is a high-performance, six-and-a-half (6-1/2) digit multimeter with 0.0015% basic voltage accuracy and 0.0020% basic resistance accuracy. In six-and-a-half mode, it can reach 50 readings per second; in the fast four-and-a-half mode, it can reach 2000 readings per second and simultaneously return to the PC or other devices via USB or GPIB interface. M3500A has a wide range of measurements: DC voltage: 0.1μV to 1000V AC voltage (effective value): 0.1μV to 750V (1000V peak) DC current: 10nA to 3A AC current (effective value): 1uA to 3A two-wire and four-wire resistance measurement: 100uΩ to 120MΩ frequency: 3Hz to 300kHz period measurement: 3.3us to 333ms diode measurement: 10uV to 1.2V conduction test: 10mΩ to 1.2KΩ temperature measurement: support various thermocouples and thermistors, temperature range only limited by the sensor.
