The Agilent 53131A/132A/181A counters are high-performance, low-cost counters that simplify and accelerate frequency measurements in production and research and development. They have a bandwidth of 225 MHz (optional 1.5, 3, 5, 12.4 GHz) and a resolution of 10 or 12 digits when gated for 1 second. They also feature a GPIB interface and IntuiLink connectivity software as standard, with a data transfer rate of up to 200 full-format measurements per second. The counters offer built-in statistical and mathematical functions, allowing for scaling of measurement results and measurement and tracking of average, minimum/maximum, and standard deviation. They include automatic limit testing with configurable upper and lower limits, and can provide trigger outputs when limits are exceeded. The counters are suitable for general and RF counter applications.
