YP6822 is a 500mA low voltage drop LDO with low voltage drop, high precision output voltage, low power consumption positive voltage characteristics. It has a low on-state resistance transistor, low voltage drop, and can output a maximum of 500mA. In order to keep the load current below the current capacity of the output transistor, overcurrent protection and short-circuit protection circuits are integrated. And only two 1.0uF small capacity capacitors are needed as external components, saving installation size.
