OCETS Plus Series is an advanced optical component environmental test system that features a high return loss (RL) monitoring function that can monitor up to 70 dB of RL. The system can monitor up to 210 device channels (420 ports) and has high insertion loss (IL) and return loss (RL) repeatability. OCETS Plus Series provides single-mode and multi-mode systems and includes the EasyOCETS software application. The software application can perform unattended long-term monitoring, measure optical component IL, PDL, and RL, and meet the requirements of Telcordia standards (such as GR-326-CORE, GR-910-CORE, GR-1435-CORE, GR-1209-CORE, and GR-2866-CORE). OCETS Plus Series can also qualify optical components (such as jumpers, cables, and passive splitters) for Verizon FOC certification.
