AE1501 is a step-down switch regulator with excellent voltage regulation and load regulation. It can provide 3A of load current. There are two fixed output voltage types: 3.3V and 5V. The external components are few and the application is simple. It has a built-in frequency compensation circuit and a fixed frequency oscillator. The switching frequency is 150KHz, which can use small-sized filter elements. Under the conditions of rated input voltage and output load, the output voltage tolerance is ±5%, and the oscillation frequency tolerance is ±15%. The standby current is 85μA (typical value), and it has two over-current protection circuits and over-temperature protection circuits.
