Fluke 9500B Oscilloscope Calibrator is a high-performance, fully automatic, upgradeable oscilloscope calibration station that can calibrate today's high-performance, multi-channel, multi-function oscilloscopes. It features full automation that provides you with a completely hands-off oscilloscope calibration capability while protecting your investment with its continuous upgrade capability. The calibrator can output 5 channels simultaneously, eliminating the need for rewiring cables, complex multi-signal switchers or other impedance matching networks. Up to 6.4GHz of sine wave and 70ps of pulse edges provide all the performance and flexibility required to calibrate today's and tomorrow's high-performance oscilloscopes. Fluke's unique active signal head technology generates calibration signals at the oscilloscope's input, eliminating the question of whether waveform distortion is occurring in the connecting cables or in the oscilloscope itself.
