RM6203 is a cost-effective AC/DC converter with an integrated 700V power transistor, which offers up to 12W continuous output power in the wide voltage range of 85V~265V. It features an optimized current mode control system, which provides excellent transient response and good loop stability. It also has built-in undervoltage lockout, overvoltage protection, and overtemperature protection circuits, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the chip.
