DL2 000 DNA Marker Manual

DL2,000TM DNA Marker is a DNA solution containing 1×Loading Buffer, which can be taken directly by 5μl electrophoresis, making it very convenient to use. DL2,000TM DNA Marker is composed of DNA fragments 2,000 bp, 1,000 bp, 750 bp, 500 bp, 250 bp and 100 bp, a total of 6 bands. When 5μl is taken for electrophoresis, the 750 bp DNA fragment is about 150 ng and shows a bright band. The DNA amount of the remaining bands is about 50 ng.
