HE761/HEM761 integration broadband VGC/AGC amplifier Manual

HE761/HEM761 is an integrated broadband VGC/AGC amplifier with a frequency range of 20 to 500MHz. It uses active bias design to provide temperature compensation. It has good 50Ω impedance matching and is easy to cascade. The microwave thin-film circuit structure has stable electrical performance and is packaged in a standard hermetically sealed tube shell. It meets military working conditions of -55℃ to +85℃.
