The HE383B-2/HEM383B-2 is an integrated broadband amplifier with a frequency range of 100 to 600 MHz, a low noise of 1.7 dB (typical), good 50Ω impedance matching, easy cascade use, a microwave thin-film circuit structure, stable and reliable electrical performance, and a standard hermetically sealed metal tube shell. It satisfies military temperature working conditions of -55℃ to +85℃.
