TC74HCT273AP/AF is a high-speed CMOS 8-circuit D-type flip-flop produced by Toshiba. The input is TTL level, and it can be directly connected to the TTL level bus. The signal at the D input is transferred to the Q output at the rising edge of the clock. The clear input is activated at the “L” level, resetting all flip-flop outputs to “L”. All inputs are protected by diodes to prevent electrostatic discharge.
