The HIH-4602-A/C series relative humidity (RH) sensors are housed in a TO-5 package with a water-proof sintered stainless steel filter mesh that senses relative humidity and temperature. The RH sensor is a laser-corrected, thermoset polymer capacitive sensing element with an embedded signal processing unit. The HIH-4602-A/C is a combination of temperature sensor and RH sensor that is ideal for measuring dew point or other absolute humidity. The HIH-4602-A contains a thermistor, and the HIH-4602-C contains a precision RTD. Factory calibration data is provided for each sensor to achieve ±3.5%RH accuracy.
