CIRRUS LOGIC CS5529 datasheet

The CS5529 is a 16-bit programmable ∆Σ ADC with a linearity error of 0.0015%FS and a noise-free resolution of 16 bits. It features a 2.5V bipolar/unipolar buffered input range, a 6-bit output latch, and eight selectable digital filters. It has a simple three-wire serial interface, system/self-calibration with R/W registers, and supports multiple power supply configurations. Additionally, it has low power consumption of only 2.6mW.
