The SGDH series 200-350Amp strip AC solid state relay is a new type of strip medium power single-phase AC solid state relay produced by Weihai Xingjia Electronic Co., Ltd. It is a single-pole single-throw-normally open type. The input adopts a DC control type. The output end is composed of a single-phase SCR reverse parallel AC switch, which has a high dV/dt and dI/dt withstand capability. The switch type is divided into zero-cross conduction type and random conduction type. In addition, the advanced technology of welding the controllable silicon chip on the ceramic substrate with “vacuum+hydrogen protection” can make the solid state relay achieve the best performance.
