TLP3051F(S),TLP3052F(S) are photocouplers produced by Toshiba. They are mainly used in office machines, household appliances, triac drivers, solid state relays and other fields.

TLP3061F(S), TLP3062F(S), TLP3063F(S) are photocouplers consisting of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a bidirectional triac. They have a minimum peak off-state voltage of 600V, a maximum trigger LED current of 15mA (TLP3061F(S)), 10mA (TLP3062F(S)), 5mA (TLP3063F(S)), and a maximum on-state current of 100mA. They are UL1577, SEMKO, BSI, and VDE approved with a minimum isolation voltage of 5000Vrms and a maximum permissible over voltage of 8000VPK.
