The TK715xx is a low dropout linear regulator from Toko. It is housed in a small SOT23-3 package and rated at 400 mW. It has a low dropout voltage of 105 mV (typ.) at 50 mA load current and an output voltage accuracy of ± 2.0% or ± 60 mV. The TK715xx has a very low quiescent current of 25 µA (typ.) at no load.

The TK6591x is an electroluminescent (EL) lamp driver optimized for battery controlled systems, offering low power consumption and a small size. The proprietary architecture of the product ensures a constant output power to the lamp, regardless of battery voltage variations. It features internally generated oscillator circuits, a clock frequency laser-trimmed for accuracy, and a drive architecture that limits peak drive current to improve lamp life and reduce RF interference.

The TK732xx is an electronic component produced by TOKO. TK717xxS is a low dropout linear regulator with a built-in electronic switch that can be controlled by TTL or CMOS logic levels. When the control pin is pulled to a logic high level, the device is in the ON state. In the OFF state, the output impedance becomes very low, quickly discharging the output capacitor. An external capacitor can be connected to the noise bypass pin to lower the output noise level to 30 ~ 50 μVrms. An internal PNP pass transistor is used to connect the input and output voltages.
