SMCG/J6036 thru SMCG/J6072A is a series of Bi-directional Silicon Transient Suppressors used in AC applications where large voltage transients can permanently damage voltage-sensitive components.

MXP1042, MXP1043, MXP1044 are photodiodes produced by Opto Products company. They have photovoltaic and photoconductive effect. They are mainly used in biomedical test equipment and instruments, fluorescence analysis and other fields.

MXP1020-PS/Q MXP1022-PS/Q MXP1023-PS/Q MXP1001-PS/D MXP1004-PS/D are position sensing photo detectors produced by Opto Products. The LXM1614 series of Direct Drive™ CCFL (Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp) Inverter Modules is specifically designed for driving LCD backlight lamps. Although similar to the RangeMAX LXM1612 wide range dimming inverters, the LXM1614 family offers two separate brightness controls for lamp current amplitude and duty cycle. This innovation of dual brightness control with extended dimming, combined with Linfinity’s high efficiency Direct Drive topology, provides the industry’s most feature rich, small form factor inverter available. The wide range dimming provides exceptional display readability at less than 1% of full brightness, allowing both power savings and low ambient light operating capability.

The 1N5518BUR-1 through 1N5546BUR-1 series of 0.5 watt glass surface mount Zener voltage regulators provides a selection from 3.3 to 33 volts in standard 5% tolerances as well as tighter tolerances identified by different suffix letters on the part number. These have an internal-metallurgical-bond option as identified by the “–1” suffix. This internally bonded Zener package construction is also in JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV military qualifications. Microsemi also offers numerous other Zener products to meet higher and lower power applications.

This document describes the features and characteristics of the 1N6036 to 1N6072A series bidirectional transient voltage suppressors (TVS) produced by Microsemi Scottsdale Division. These products have a high peak pulse power rating of 1500 W and extremely fast response times. They are primarily used for protecting against transients from inductive switching environments, induced RF effects, or induced secondary lightning effects found in lower surge levels of IEC61000-4-5. They are also very successful in protecting airborne avionics and electrical systems. Since their response time is virtually instantaneous, they can also protect from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and electromagnetic interference (EMI) per IEC61000-4-2 and IEC61000-4-4 standards.
