The DRV134 and DRV135 are differential output amplifiers that convert a single-ended input to a balanced output pair. They consist of high-performance op amps with on-chip precision resistors, and are fully specified for high-performance audio applications with excellent AC performance including low distortion and high slew rate. They can easily drive large capacitive loads associated with long audio cables. When used in combination with the INA134 or INA137 differential receivers, they provide a complete solution for transmitting analog audio signals without degradation.

The OPA134 series is an ultra-low distortion, low noise operational amplifier fully specified for audio applications. It provides superior sound quality and speed with a true FET input stage, high output drive capability, and excellent DC performance. The wide output swing of the OPA134, within 1V of the rails, allows for increased headroom, making it ideal for use in any audio circuit. The OPA134 op amps are easy to use and free from phase inversion and overload problems often found in common FET-input op amps. They can be operated from ±2.5V to ±18V power supplies. The input cascode circuitry provides excellent common-mode rejection and maintains low input bias current over its wide input voltage range, minimizing distortion.

The OPA227 and OPA228 series op amps combine low noise, wide bandwidth and high precision to make them the ideal choice for applications requiring both ac and precision dc performance. The OPA227 is unity-gain stable and features high slew rate (2.3V/µs) and wide bandwidth (8MHz). The OPA228 is optimized for closed-loop gains of 5 or greater, and offers higher speed with a slew rate of 10V/µs and a bandwidth of 33MHz. The OPA227 and OPA228 series op amps are ideal for professional audio equipment. In addition, low quiescent current and low cost make them ideal for portable applications requiring high precision. The OPA227 and OPA228 series op amps are pin-for-pin replacements for the industry standard OP-27 and OP-37 with substantial improvements across the board.

The UAF42 is a universal active filter from Burr-Brown that can be configured for a wide range of low-pass, high-pass, and band-pass filters. It uses a classical state-variable analog architecture with an inverting amplifier and two integrators. The integrators include on-chip 1000pF capacitors trimmed to 0.5%. This solves one of the most difficult problems of active filter design—obtaining tight tolerance, low-loss capacitors. A DOS-compatible filter design program allows easy implementation of many filter types such as Butterworth, Bessel, and Chebyshev. A fourth, un-committed FET-input op amp (identical to the other three) can be used to form additional stages, or for special filters such as band-reject and Inverse Chebyshev. The classical topology of the UAF42 forms a time-continuous filter, free from the anomalies and switching noise associated with switched-capacitor filter types. The UAF42 is available in 14-pin plastic DIP and SOL-16 surface-mount packages, specified for the – 25°C to +85°C temperature range.

The ADS7826/27/29 is a family of 10/8/12-bit sampling (2.7 V VCC) analog-to-digital converters (A/D) with assured specifications at 2.7-V supply voltage. It requires very little power even when operating at the full sample rate. At lower conversion rates, the high speed of the device enables it to spend most of its time in the power down mode—the power dissipation is less than 60 µW at 75 kHz. The ADS7826/27/29 also features operation from 2.0 V to 5 V, a synchronous serial interface, and a differential input. The reference voltage can be set to any level within the range of 50 mV to VCC.

OPA551 and OPA552 are low cost op amps with high-voltage (60V) and high-current (200mA) capability. The OPA551 is unity-gain stable and features high slew rate (15Vµs) and wide bandwidth (3MHz). The OPA552 is optimized for gains of 5 or greater, and offers higher speed with a slew rate of 24V/µs and a bandwidth of 12MHz. Both are suitable for telephony, audio, servo, and test applications. These laser-trimmed, monolithic integrated circuits provide excellent low-level accuracy along with high output swing. High performance is maintained as the amplifier swings to its specified limits. The OPA551 and OPA552 are internally protected against over-temperature conditions and current overloads. The thermal shutdown indicator “flag” provides a current output to alert the user when thermal shutdown occurs.

The ADS1286 is a 12-bit, 20kHz analog-to-digital converter with a differential input and sample and hold amplifier and consumes only 250µA of supply current. The ADS1286 offers an SPI and SSI compatible serial interface for communications over a two or three wire interface. The combination of a serial two wire interface and micropower consumption makes the ADS1286 ideal for remote applications and for those requiring isolation. The ADS1286 is available in a 8-pin plastic mini DIP and a 8-lead SOIC.

The ADS803 is a 12-bit, 5MHz sampling analog-to-digital converter with high SFDR, high SNR, low power, low DLE and flexible input range. It is suitable for IF and baseband digitization, CCD imaging scanners and test instrumentation.

OPA627/637 is a precision FET op amp with low noise, low offset voltage and much higher speed, it is useful in a broad range of precision and high speed analog circuitry

The ADS8345 is a 16-bit, 8-channel, sampling Analog-to-Digital (A/D) converter with a synchronous serial interface. The device features a single supply of 2.7V to 5V, up to 100kHz conversion rate, 8 single-ended or 4 differential input, and 85dB SINAD. The ADS8345 is ideal for battery-operated systems such as personal digital assistants, portable multi-channel data log- gers, and measurement equipment.

The ADS1210 and ADS1211 are precision, wide dynamic range, delta-sigma analog-to-digital converters with 24-bit resolution operating from a single +5V supply. They feature differential inputs, a programmable gain amplifier, a flexible SPI-compatible SSI interface, and more.

UAF42 is a Burr-Brown universal active filter which can be configured for a wide range of low-pass, high-pass, and band-pass filters.

The INA143 and INA2143 are high slew rate, gain of 10V/V or 0.1V/V difference amplifiers consisting of a precision op amp with a precision resistor network. The on-chip resistors are laser trimmed for accurate gain and high common-mode rejection. Excellent TCR tracking of the resistor maintains gain accuracy and common- mode rejection over temperature. They operate over a wide supply range, ±2.25V to ±18V (+4.5V to +36V single supply), and input common-mode voltage range extends beyond the positive and negative supply rails.
