BURR BROWN OPA121 handbook
OPA121 is a precision monolithic dielectrically- isolated FET (Difet ®) operational amplifier. Out- standing performance characteristics are now available for low-cost applications. Noise, bias current, voltage offset, drift, open-loop gain, common-mode rejection, and power supply rejection are superior to BIFET® amplifiers. Very low bias current is obtained by dielectric isolation with on-chip guarding. Laser-trimming of thin-film resistors gives very low offset and drift. Extremely low noise is achieved with new circuit design techniques (patented). A new cascode design allows high precision input specifica- tions and reduced susceptibility to flicker noise. Standard 741 pin configuration allows upgrading of existing designs to higher performance levels.

BURR BROWN PCM1600/PCM1601 DATA SHEET
PCM1600/PCM1601 are CMOS monolithic integrated circuits that feature six 24-bit audio digital-to-analog converters and support circuitry in either a LQFP-48 or MQFP-48 package. The digital-to-analog converters utilize Burr-Brown’s enhanced multi-level, delta-sigma architecture, which employ 4th-order noise shaping and 8-level amplitude quantization to achieve excellent signal-to-noise performance and a high tolerance to clock jitter. The PCM1600 and PCM1601 accept industry-standard audio data formats with 16- to 24-bit audio data. Sampling rates up to 100kHz are supported. A full set of user-programmable functions are accessible through a 4-wire serial control port which supports register write and readback functions.
BURR BROWN OPA358 DATA SHEET
The OPA358 is a high-performance, low-power, single-supply amplifier. It offers wide bandwidth, high gain, low distortion and is ideal for use in digital cameras, mobile phones, digital media players, video surveillance, optical power monitoring, and other applications.
BURR BROWN ADS5500 DATA SHEET
The ADS5500 is a 14-bit, 125MSPS high-performance analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that includes a high-bandwidth linear sample-and-hold stage (S&H) and internal reference. The ADS5500 has excellent power consumption of 780mW at 3.3V single-supply voltage.
BURR BROWN REG710 DATA SHEET
The REG710 is a switched capacitor voltage converter from Schneider Electric that produces a regulated, low-ripple output voltage from an unregulated input voltage. A wide-input supply voltage of 1.8V to 5.5V makes the REG710 ideal for a variety of battery sources, such as single cell Li-Ion, or two and three cell nickel- or alkaline-based chemistries. The input voltage may vary above and below the output voltage and the output will remain in regulation. It works equally well for step-up or step-down applications without the need for an inductor, providing low EMI DC/DC conversion. The high switching frequency allows the use of small capacitors, which reduces cost.
BURR BROWN REG1117 REG1117A DATA SHEET
The REG1117 is a family of three-terminal voltage regulators that includes a variety of fixed- and adjustable-voltage versions, two currents (800mA and 1A) and two package types (SOT-223 and DDPAK).
BURR BROWN DAC1221 DATA SHEET
The DAC1221 is a 16-bit low power digital-to-analog converter that offers 16-bit monotonic performance over the specified temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It utilizes delta-sigma technology to achieve inherently linear performance in a small package at very low power. The output range is two times the external reference voltage. On-chip calibration circuitry dramatically reduces offset and gain errors. The DAC1221 features a synchronous serial interface. In single converter applications, the serial interface can be accomplished with just two wires, allowing low-cost isolation. For multiple converters, a CS signal allows for selection of the appropriate D/A converter. The DAC1221 has been designed for closed-loop control applications in the industrial process control market, and high resolution applications in the test and measurement market. It is also ideal for remote applications, battery-powered instruments, and isolated systems. The DAC1221 is available in a SSOP-16 package.

The document describes the features and characteristics of the PGA202/203 products, including programmable gains, low bias current, fast settling, and low non-linearity.
BURR BROWN BUF602 DATA SHEET
BUF602 is a closed-loop buffer from Texas Instruments. It features a wide bandwidth of 1000MHz, high output current and low static current. It is suitable for many applications such as clock distribution circuits, video/broadcast equipment, communication equipment, high-speed data acquisition equipment, etc.
BURR BROWN ADS1281 DATA SHEET
The ADS1281 is an extremely high-performance, single-chip analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed for the demanding needs of energy exploration and seismic monitoring environments.
