AIC AIC1723 DATA SHEET
The AIC1723 is a low dropout linear regulator from Analog Integrations Corporation. Its features include zero base current loss, very low dropout voltage and 2% accuracy output voltage. Typical ground current stays at 65µA, from no load to maximum loading conditions. Dropout voltage at 500mA output current is exceptionally low: 750mV for the AIC1723-50 and AIC1723-52, 900mV for the AIC1723-38, AIC1723-37, AIC1723-35 and AIC1723-33. Output current limiting and thermal limiting are built in to provide maximal protection to the AIC1723 against fault conditions. The AIC1723 comes in the popular SOT-223, TO-252, TO-92 etc. packages.
AIC AIC1570 Data Sheet
The AIC1570 is a 5-bit DAC that combines a synchronous PWM power regulator with an LDO and a linear controller. It is compatible with HIP6018 and provides 3 regulated voltages for the microprocessor core, clock, and GTL power. It features a simple voltage-mode PWM control, a dual N-channel MOSFET synchronous driver, and operates from +3.3V, +5V, and +12V inputs. The AIC1570 offers fast transient response, a full 0% to 100% duty ratio, ±1.0% output voltage for VCORE, and ±2.0% output voltage reference for VCLK and VGTL. It has a TTL compatible 5-bit digital-to-analog core output voltage selection with a range from 1.3V to 3.5V, adjustable in 0.1V steps from 2.1V to 3.5V and 0.05V steps from 1.3V to 2.05V. The AIC1570 also has adjustable current limit, microprocessor core voltage protection against shorted MOSFET, power good output voltage monitor, and over-voltage and over-current fault monitors. It operates with a 200KHz free-running oscillator programmable up to 350KHz.
AIC AIC809/810 DATA SHEET
AIC809/AIC810 3-Pin Microprocessor Reset Circuits are low-power microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuits used to monitor power supplies in µP and digital systems.
AIC AIC1734 DATA SHEET
The AIC1734 is a 3-pin low dropout linear regulator from Analog Integrations Corporation. It features zero base current loss, very low dropout voltage, and 2% accuracy output voltage. Typical ground current remains approximately 55µA, for loading ranging from zero to maximum. Dropout voltage at 300mA output current is exceptionally low. Built-in output current limiting and thermal limiting provide maximal protection to the AIC1734 against fault conditions. The AIC1734 is available in popular SOT-23, SOT-89 and TO-92 packages.
AIC AIC1722 DATA SHEET
aic AIC809/810 3-Pin Microprocessor Reset Circuits
AIC809/AIC810 3-Pin Microprocessor Reset Circuits are low-power microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuits used to monitor power supplies in µP and digital systems. They provide applications with benefits of circuit reliability and low cost by eliminating external components. These devices perform as valid singles in applications with Vcc ranging from 6.0V down to 0.9V. The reset signal lasts for a minimum period of 140ms whenever VCC supply voltage falls below preset threshold. Both AIC809 and AIC810 were designed with a reset comparator to help identify invalid signals, which last less than 140ms. The only difference between them is that they have an active-low RESET output and active-high RESET output, respectively. Low supply current (1µA) makes AIC809/AIC810 ideal for applications requiring low power consumption, such as notebook computers, digital still cameras, PDAs, and critical microprocessor monitoring.
