L6472 dSPIN is a fully integrated motor driver with microstepping, motion engine and SPI interface. It features: operating voltage: 8-45 V, output peak current: 7.0 A (3.0 A r.m.s.), low RDSon power MOSFETs, programmable speed profile, programmable Power MOSFET slew rate, up to 1/16 microstepping, predictive current control with adaptive decay, non-dissipative current sensing, SPI interface, low quiescent and standby currents, programmable non-dissipative overcurrent protection on all Power MOSFETs, two levels of overtemperature protection.

L6229 is a DMOS fully integrated three-phase motor driver with overcurrent protection. Realized in MultiPower-BCD technology, the device combines isolated DMOS power transistors with CMOS and bipolar circuits on the same chip. The device includes all the circuitry needed to drive a three-phase BLDC motor including: a three-phase DMOS bridge, a constant off time PWM current controller, and the decoding logic for single-ended hall sensors that generates the required sequence for the power stage. The L6229 features an operating supply voltage range from 8 to 52V, a 2.8A output peak current (1.4A DC), a typical RDS(ON) value of 0.73Ω at 25°C, an operating frequency up to 100KHz, and other characteristics.

The L6226 is a DMOS dual full bridge designed for motor control applications, realized in MultiPower-BCD technology, which combines isolated DMOS power transistors with CMOS and bipolar circuits on the same chip. Available in PowerDIP24 (20+2+2), PowerSO36 and SO24 (20+2+2) packages, the L6226 features thermal shutdown and a non-dissipative overcurrent detection on the high side power MOSFETs plus a diagnostic output that can be easily used to implement the overcurrent protection.
